Yes and no. With pants, feel free to go with or without. If you are a sock guy, make sure it’s anything but white. Shorts is an easy one. Unless you want to look like Grandpa with knee-high’s and a cane, rock it sockless.

My stance is that shorts look a bit better with no socks, so I agree, but yet ankle socks don't look so bad with shoes, but more ordinary. I eventually need to wear them, once in a while (with loafers, with other shoes I always use socks) to protect my feet and loafers those days when they don't seem to want to dry whatever I do, lol.
ReplyDeleteI saw that black ankle socks mostly go unnoticed, as black is a neutral color that always matches. It's almost like not having them on, which comes handy when I don't feel like making my socks a focus point, then I go for couloured ones . All this only with shoes, of course with sandals I never wear socks.
